Meet Cindy Monroe

Cindy Monroe founded Thirty-One Gifts in the basement of her Chattanooga, Tennessee, home in 2003 with a few friends. During her time as CEO, Thirty-One grew to reach almost $800 million annually with customers throughout North America.

Media took note, with articles, interviews, and coverage across the country, including Forbes naming Cindy one of eight women to watch in 2015, alongside Taylor Swift and Sandra Bullock.

Nearly 20 years later, Cindy continues as Thirty-One Founder and board member, and she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Direct Selling Association and on the Advisory Board of Nationwide Children’s Hospital of Columbus Foundation. In her personal life, Cindy’s passion is her beautiful family, husband, Scott, and children, Alyx and Evan.

Through her work as a leadership mentor, author, speaker, and podcast host, she helps women in executive and entrepreneurial roles grant themselves permission to lead, flourish, and succeed in business and family.
